How do I order a custom photo print?
Choose a product and size, upload your photos in our designer on your phone or computer, check the preview and add it to your cart. Your design saves as you go, so you can come back to it.
How long does delivery take in Australia?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and costs from $9.95; Express takes 1–2 business days from $14.95. The exact cost depends on the parcel's weight and shows before you pay.
Are Photiles printed in Australia?
Yes. Every photo tile, canvas print and framed print is printed, checked and packed in Melbourne, then delivered Australia-wide.
Will my photos print well?
Most phone photos print beautifully. The designer warns you if a photo is too small for the size you chose, before you order.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If it's our fault, such as a print fault or damage in transit, contact us and we'll replace it.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll deliver it straight to their door.
What are photo tiles?
Photo tiles are small framed photos that stick straight onto the wall. Each Photiles photo tile is 21 × 21 cm: your photo printed in HD on archival paper, in a slim 20 mm black or white frame, with reusable adhesive pads already on the back.
Do photo tiles damage walls?
No. The pads come off painted walls without leaving marks and there are no nails or holes, which is why they suit rentals. Peel slowly from a corner when you move one.
How much do photo tiles cost?
$15.30 a tile with the 15% off (normally $18.00). A set of 9 is $137.70 and a set of 12 is $183.60.
What's the difference between photo tiles, canvas prints and framed prints?
Photo tiles are 21 cm squares that stick on, made for photo walls. Canvas prints are one photo on canvas, 20 × 20 to 122 × 162 cm, ready to hang. Framed prints are one photo behind glass in a frame, 20 × 20 to 75 × 100 cm. The table above compares them.
